We deliver to all governorates and areas across Kuwait:

⏰ Delivery Times
🚀 Express Delivery — same day within 4–6 hours
• Orders placed from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next day
📦 International Shipping— within 5–7 business days
💰 Shipping Rates
🇰🇼 Within Kuwait — 1 KWD only
🌍 International Shipping — calculated based on country and weight

• You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order is shipped

📦 Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with a photo of the product.

🔄 Return Policy
At 3RoodQ8, we guarantee a comfortable and secure shopping experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return.

• Item is unused and in its original condition
• Item is in its original packaging, intact
• Order number and reason for return are provided
• Request submitted within 14 days of receipt
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Opened items that cannot be resold
• Items returned more than 14 days after receipt
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Sale or discounted items (unless manufacturing defect)
📋 How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Attach a clear photo of the product if there is a defect
4. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm and arrange pickup
🚚 Return Shipping Cost
• Error on our side (damaged or wrong item) ← we cover the full shipping cost
• Return for personal reasons ← shipping cost is covered by the customer
💰 Refund After Return
Once the item is received and inspected:

🔵 Visa / Mastercard — up to 15 business days
🔵 Cash on Delivery — store credit or bank transfer
